With over 30 years of experience leading clinical trials, Arthur Fernandez has held strategic roles focused on delivering high-quality results while strictly adhering to ethical and regulatory requirements. He has led organizations through technological and regulatory changes in the industry, actively contributing to process optimization within CROs, major pharmaceutical companies, and biotechnology firms.
Arthur has led global clinical programs from Phase I to IV, driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and proactive risk management in highly regulated environments. He brings expertise across multiple therapeutic areas, including gene therapy, rare diseases, neurology, renal disease, respiratory diseases, dermatology, ophthalmology, infectious diseases, and metabolic disorders.
Holding an Executive MBA, Arthur combines scientific and operational expertise with strong business acumen. He is results-oriented in project and team leadership, budget oversight, organizational effectiveness, negotiation, technology adoption, and continuous process improvement. Arthur fosters a culture of quality from study design through execution, inspiring teams to strive for excellence.
