Dr. Jean-Claude Tardif is a distinguished leader in clinical trials, driving innovation in cardiovascular medicine, translational research, and precision medicine. For over three decades, he has played a pivotal role in shaping patient care and advancing research that transforms clinical practice.

As our founder, Dr. Tardif had a vision to build a CRO that truly makes a difference. Twenty-five years later, his leadership continues to shape the future of medicine.

At the Montreal Heart Institute (MHI), Dr. Tardif serves as a cardiologist, Director of the Research Center, and Lead Principal Investigator on numerous clinical studies. He also collaborates closely with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, providing strategic guidance on clinical research programs. After earning his medical degree from the University of Montreal, he completed a cardiology fellowship and a research fellowship at Tufts University before returning to MHI, where he has since led groundbreaking research initiatives.

Dr. Tardif holds the Canada Research Chair in Translational Research and Personalized Medicine and the University of Montreal Endowed Research Chair in Atherosclerosis. A prolific researcher, he has authored and co-authored more than 840 peer-reviewed articles in leading medical journals, including The New England Journal of Medicine, Journal of the American Medical Association, Circulation, and The Journal of the American College of Cardiology. His contributions also extend to over 25 book chapters.

A principal investigator and steering committee chair on multiple large-scale international cardiovascular trials, Dr. Tardif continues to drive clinical research forward, shaping the development of innovative therapies and regulatory strategies worldwide.
