Director of Operations
Melissa Stremel has been a driving force in global clinical trial management for over 20 years, leading large, multidisciplinary teams across all phases of research (Phase 1-4) and a diverse range of therapeutic areas. Recognized for her strategic vision, operational excellence, and ability to navigate complex global studies, she has played a key role in advancing groundbreaking treatments.
Before joining Seriant, Melissa led clinical operations on a global scale, ensuring seamless execution of trials across the Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania. She is known for her collaborative approach, working as a true partner to sponsors to develop tailored operational strategies, optimize risk management, and maintain meticulous oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
Her expertise spans neurology, psychiatry, rare and infectious diseases, including in elderly and pediatric populations. Her work has contributed to the approval of numerous products and interventions on the market today.
Melissa holds a degree in Psychology and Neuroscience from McGill University. At Seriant, she continues to drive innovation in clinical research, delivering customized solutions that meet the evolving needs of the industry.
