With 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, Sylvie Christian brings extensive expertise in global clinical operations, project leadership, and organizational development. She has led complex programs across the full clinical trial lifecycle, from proposal development and bid defense through study start-up, conduct, close-out, regulatory submission, and inspection readiness. Her work has contributed to the approval of three medicines in multiple regions.
Sylvie partners with sponsors and cross-functional teams to translate clinical strategy into effective operational delivery. She combines strategic oversight with practical execution across governance, risk management, resource planning, financial performance, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making. Known for her collaborative and solution-focused leadership, she builds high-performing teams and scalable frameworks that balance quality, timelines, cost, and client expectations.
Sylvie holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences (Pharmacology) and a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Biology. Fully bilingual in French and English, she is committed to developing people and strengthening operations that support organizational growth and successful clinical trial delivery.
